Kemp IT Law expands team with new recruit

Kemp IT Law is delighted to welcome Nooreen Ajmal to the team as a solicitor.

Nooreen is an experienced IT lawyer who gained a first class degree in law from SOAS, University of London and trained with Kemp Little, joining the Commercial Technology Team on qualification in 2003. Shortly after qualifying, Nooreen went in-house and has worked in the legal departments of a number of large financial services institutions, namely, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Aviva Investors and GM Financial, as well as financial services technology provider, DST Global Solutions.

Nooreen has worked across the range of commercial, procurement, IT, IP and data protection legal issues and has particular experience of technology transformation, integration and outsourcing agreements and the roll-out of software and communications applications and services.
