November 10th, 2016September 30th, 2025Richard KempNo CommentsReading duration: 1 min

From next-gen PDAs to legal due diligence to autonomous taxis to Watson, the last few months have seen the start of adoption at scale of Artificial Intelligence (AI). But this is only the beginning: AI applications will impact all our work and personal lives increasingly quickly, increasingly radically.

AI contracts and regulatory questions are now starting to cross lawyers’ desks more frequently. In our recent breakfast seminar we examined the legal issues of AI adoption:

  • What should we be expecting from our clients in terms of AI adoption?
  • What are the new practical legal issues that AI raises?
  • What are the key points to watch out for when your business is developing, selling or procuring commercial AI-based solutions?
