Marija Nonkovic
Marija joined Kemp IT Law in September 2023.
Marija trained at Burges Salmon, qualifying into the Firm’s Commercial Team in January 2023. Marija advises a range of clients, from innovative technology start-ups to public sector bodies, on the legal aspects of the technologies they buy, develop and provide. Marija has a particular interest in the legal aspects of the fast-developing digital economy.
Marija graduated from King’s College London with an LLB in English Law and German Law. After graduating, Marija worked as Legal Research Assistant to Professor Frederick Mostert of King’s College, where she made a “tremendously helpful” contribution to a 2019 World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) paper on online copyright infringement.
Marija is also a keen linguist and tennis player.
