Kemp IT Law is delighted to welcome Chris Kemp to the team.

Chris joins from Clifford Chance where he qualified into their London M&A team in 2017. Chris has experience advising on a range of corporate law matters. He has worked on deals for technology and data-rich companies including Informa (acquisition of UBM, 2018) and Inmarsat (offer by a PE consortium, 2019)and is studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in TMT law at Queen Mary University of London.
