IT law boutique, Kemp IT Law is proud to welcome Deirdre Moynihan into the partnership from April 1 2020. Deirdre, is a specialist IT lawyer who trained at Allen & Overy. She joined Kemp IT Law in May 2016 from Morrison & Foerster’s Technology Transactions Group.
Deirdre has become a trusted adviser to FTSE-listed entities and technology buy-side companies on digital transformation projects, software and services, data, cloud, IP and emerging areas of technology which are impacting business, such as AI. Deirdre, a Certified Information Privacy Professional, has also developed a particular specialism acting for law firms and other professional services businesses on their digital transformation journey and when they acquire IT.
On the technology provider side, Deirdre has developed strong relationships with data, software and technology services developers advising on IP rights and exploitation, information security, product development, supply chain and their UK and European licensing and distribution models.
