Date and Time: 08.30 – 10.30, Thursday 13 June 2019
Place: One Aldwych Hotel, 1 Aldwych, London WC2B 4BZ
Digital transformation is propelling business towards the cloud and the edge at prodigious rates: 50% of all computing will be in the cloud by 2024; and one million new IoT devices will be coming online at the edge every hour by 2021.
We’re all familiar with cloud contracts. But as cloud computing expands out to the edge and beyond, new issues are coming over the horizon that businesses and their lawyers will need to address in order to successfully manage tomorrow’s contractual cloudscape.
Richard Kemp and Deirdre Moynihan from top cloud computing specialist Kemp IT Law work with the full range of cloud customer clients and cloud service providers. Looking beyond the mainstream, today’s session will focus on the hot topic issues that will be front and centre tomorrow: AI cloud services, evolving risk allocation strategies, building your hybrid cloud and getting your cloud migration right.
The event is at the One Aldwych Hotel, close to Holborn and Temple tube stations (see map). Attendees will have an opportunity to network at breakfast and coffee. We promise to get everyone away by 10.30 so as not to take up too much of your day.
