In Part 2 of our guide to assessing whether your business is caught under DORA, Marija Nonkovic explains the second key step: determining whether youโ€™re a โ€˜financial entityโ€™.

With 20 different entity types listed in Article 2(1), the definition is broad. However, assessing your status requires careful review as many of the definitions cross-refer to other EU regulations and directives. Remember to also consider any subsidiaries and non-EU entities within your corporate group!
