Chris is an experienced technology lawyer specialising in software, cloud, AI and data.

Chris joined Kemp IT Law in 2019 from Clifford Chance, where he qualified and practised as a technology-focused corporate lawyer for five years.

Chris graduated from the University of Oxford with first class honours in English. After Oxford he spent two years teaching on the Teach First programme. He followed this with distinctions in the GDL and the LPC.

Chris regularly writes on technology and law and has been published in Politico, Practical Law, and Computers and Law. Chris is an IAPP certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E, CIPM).
